We want to make Christmas shopping easy for you and are now offering an extended return policy. If you shop in our online store before Christmas, items can be returned until January 13, 2024. From December 13 onwards, the regular 30-day return policy will apply.

Return Criteria
Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Items must not be used, altered, or washed, and hang-tags and price labels must not be removed from the product.
Shoes must be returned in the same box they came in.
Body-hugging products will be sent sealed. If the seal is broken, the products cannot be returned. This applies to underwear, socks, and swimwear.
Return Process
Fill in the attached return form and enter the correct quantity for each item you are returning.
Include the return form with the item(s) you are returning.
Affix the self-adhesive return shipping label clearly on the outside of the box. Ensure that the old shipping label is not visible and that the package is securely sealed.
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, the return must always be submitted to a PostNord collection point. Note: The package cannot be sent with Porterbuddy, Posten Norge, or placed in a mailbox. Remember to request a receipt for the returned package!
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return, and will be processed to the same card and account number used for payment, taking from 3 to 10 days.
If you have chosen invoice as the payment option, you will receive a credit note from Riverty.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Complaint Process
If you wish to make a complaint about an item you purchased on jeanpaul.no, please contact customer service at kundeservice@jeanpaul.no. This applies to defective items, items damaged during transport, incomplete deliveries, or incorrect items delivered. Our customer service team will assist you further with your complaint.
Refund
Refunds will be processed after the item is received by us and checked for any defects. The payment will be made to the same card and card number used for the original payment. It will take between 3-10 business days for the refund to be credited to the card. This applies to both Visa, Mastercard, and Vipps payments.
